Lisa Hyung-Ae Muller’s journey began in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, where she spent her early childhood before moving with her family to Staten Island at age seven. It was there that Lisa developed a deep bond with nature, frequently exploring local parks and the boardwalk alongside her father.
Her compassionate spirit extended to animals, most notably exemplified by her devotion to the family dogs, Max and Daisy, who were truly the loves of her life.
Alongside her love for nature, Lisa was highly athletic throughout her youth, channeling her energy into after-school sports—most passionately, karate. This lifelong fascination with movement and physical discipline ultimately shaped her academic ambitions. After graduating high school, Lisa worked tirelessly to graduate from the College of Staten Island with a Bachelor of Biology Science degree, driven by her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist.
Tragically, a bright future was cut short. After facing sudden, severe health challenges that led to her hospitalization, Lisa was taken from us far too soon, leaving behind a legacy of determination, kindness, and unfulfilled promise.
Her caring heart with pure love will always be remembered!
