Sachie was born in Yono Japan in 1947. She was a very determined, strong, and independent woman. Sachie had one daughter, Madoka Christine Lozano who Sachie loved, cherished, and nurtured until her last days of life. Sachie joined the Family Federation in 1988 through the Marble Vase Providence with her daughter. She was very involved with the providence and nurtured her daughter in the teachings of True Parents.

Sachie’s love for her daughter was unwavering and unconditional. She sent her daughter to school in the United States in 1990 to study high school and college. She also guided her daughter towards the Blessing which Madoka participated in 1997. Sachie left Japan and moved to the United States in 2005 to live with Madoka and her husband, Ivan. She did so upon their request to assist in taking care of their first child, Elena, who was born later that year. She helped nurture and care for her two grandchildren, Elena and Dante, until her last days. Her loving motherly heart was true and strong, and she extended that love not only to her daughter, son-in-law, and her grandchildren but also to the church members that she met in Japan and in the United States as well as the people she interacted with.

Sachie was an avid ballroom dancer. She loved ballroom dancing and it was an important part of her life. She participated in ballroom events both in Japan and in the United States and made very strong bonds and friendships with all those who had an opportunity to practice and dance with her. She participated in ballroom gatherings almost every weekend for 30 years. This activity-filled her heart and soul with joy and happiness.

Sachie’s faith and love towards God, His providence, and True Parents were great and unwavering. She participated in church events in Japan, Korea, and the United States. She was greatly loved by the church members she forged relationships with in Japan and, especially, in the Cleveland Ohio area as well as her ballroom dancing family. Her cheerful personality and loving heart always shone through her smile.

Sachie is survived by her daughter, Madoka Christine, and two younger siblings, Masayuki and Etsuko who reside in Japan.
