As parents, we love our kids so much we want to protect them and help them become perfect, happy humans. Sometimes this over-parenting can have the opposite effect, leaving our kids unready for the world and life as adults. Through this video presentation, you will learn the importance of self-efficacy, the realization that one’s own actions lead to outcomes and success, and how crucial it is to the well-being of our children.
You will also learn the essential life skills your children need by the time they go to college or move out on their own and what you can do to foster them!
