If you thought setting goals by yourself was challenging, try setting it up with your spouse!
The New Year is often a time of personal reflection, resolutions, and goal setting. If this reflection and goal setting can be shared with your spouse, a greater sense of connection, direction and purpose can be generated, as well as an ability to achieve and accomplish more. By setting goals together or by setting a common goal, it can bring the relationship closer together.
